- Little Rosebuds Photography retains the copyright and ownership of all images created during the portrait session and retains the right to make reproductions of the images for, but not limited to, portfolio samples, marketing materials, display, or professional competition. Images created from this session may be posted on the Little Rosebuds Photography website, blog, Facebook page, Instagram or others.

I understand

If for any reason the Client wishes to terminate the agreement and have the images removed from the photographer's marketing etc, the full cost of the session plus hours of removal and effort of replacing must be paid before any images can be removed or altered. This total at the time of signing is $400 plus taxes and any additional fees CAD, and is subject to price increses in the future.

- Digital files purchased from Little Rosebuds Photography may not be used for commercial purposes or contest entry without express written consent from the photographer. Any images uploaded to the web must have the Little Rosebuds Photography Logo visible.

- I am the Parent or Legal Guardian of the subjects in the aforementioned photographs, and am over the age of 18, and hereby give my consent to the above Release, understanding that my digital acceptance herein constitutes my agreement to the Terms and Conditions of this form.
