Live Bunny Sessions Release and Indemnity Agreement

Thank you so much for booking a Live Bunny session at Little Rosebuds Photography.  Please fill out this release form prior to your session.

 

I understand that there will be a live animal at the shoot and, as with any animal, there is the potential for a scratch, bite, injury, or allergic reaction. It is also possible for the live bunny to have bathroom accidents when away from his littler box.
If my child/children is scared or not interested in being photographed with the bunny, or if my child(ren) are not able to demonstrate sitting stilI and interacting safely with the bunny, I am prepared to have photos taken without him.
In consideration for participating in photos with the live bunny, I hereby forever release, discharge and acquit Little Rosebuds Photography, its owners, principals agents, employees and officers form and against any and all damages, claims, expenses, causes of action and liabilities that I or my child(ren) may suffer or incur as a result of any incident with or in connection with Photos with the live Bunny at Little Rosebuds Photography.
I also understand that photography/filming of any kind (camera, cell phone, video recording etc) is prohibited during the session.
I am the Parent or Legal Guardian of the subjects in the aforementioned photographs, and am over the age of 18, and hereby give my consent to the above Release, understanding that my acceptance herein constitutes my agreement to the terms and conditions of this form.
