Thank you for choosing Little Rosebuds Photography. This agreement has been freely negotiated and contains the entire understanding between Little Rosebuds Photography and the CLIENT. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties.

CANCELLATION: All session deposits are non-refundable. In the event of needing to reschedule for illness etc, your session deposit can be transferred to a new date dependent on Little Rosebuds Photography's availability. If a second reschedule is requried the session deposit is forfeited and will need to be paid again to reserve a new date.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY: In the unlikely event that the photographer is unable to make the session, Little Rosebuds Photography will make every effort to contact the CLIENT and reschedule the session. If the situation should occur and the session is not rescheduled, responsibility and liability of Little Rosebuds Photography is limited to the return of the reservation deposit. Little Rosebuds Photography takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing the photographs. However, in the unlikely event that photographs have been lost, stolen, or destroyed before they can be delivered for reasons within or beyond Little Rosebuds Photography’s control, Little Rosebuds Photography’s liability is limited to the return of the creative fee or will offer a re-shoot. CLIENT will not hold Little Rosebuds Photography, the Photographer or owner of the property liable for any injury to the CLIENT or CLIENT’S personal property that may occur before, during or after the session.

COPYRIGHTS: The photographs produced by Little Rosebuds Photography are protected by Copyright Law (all rights reserved). Upon purchase of the digital files by the client, full printing rights of the resulting images will be transferred to the client. CLIENT may not sell or profit from the images in any way. CLIENT may not use the images in a competition without written permission of Little Rosebuds Photography. DIGITAL FILES: Upon receipt of a digital library, the CLIENT accepts all responsibility for archiving and protecting the photographs. Little Rosebuds Photography does not permanently archive image files. Little Rosebuds Photography is not responsible for the lifespan of any digital media provided or for any future changes in digital technology or media readers that might result in an inability to read media provided. It is CLIENT’S responsibility to make sure that digital files are copied to new media as required. EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHER: Please only bring the people that are being photographed to the session. Also, please do not bring your own camera, video or otherwise to the session.

POST PRODUCTION AND EDITING: All digital files delivered by Little Rosebuds Photography are hand edited with the utmost care. The final post production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of Little Rosebuds Photography. Any additional and extensive editing requests begin at $25 per image with the final price being determined by the time required and the difficulty of the request. Original (RAW) photographs are not included and are not available for viewing. This is not negotiable.

Newborn Session 2 - $599 plus tax. The Petite Newborn and Family Session is a petite version of the full newborn session. It is up to 2 hours long and includes 20 edited images selected by the photographer. Arriving late will cut into the session time and may result in less final images than 20. Due to the limited and subjective nature of Newborn Photography, Little Rosebuds Photography is not responsible for requested photographs not taken. Due to the nature of custom photography, all digital files and products are non refundable. Pricing is non-negotiable
